Silvercreek and Marketpro conducts regular training in Boise and Idaho Falls. The calender is maintained on a three month rolling basis. The following programs comprise the comapny's training curriculum.
Home Tour
The Silvercreek and Marketpro Home Tour is hosted weekly. Agents meet at the Meridian office then carpool to featured properties throughout the valley. Each week a different area of the valley is featured. The weekly home tour provides our agents with valuable "in the field" intelligence on home features and desirability by area. Monthly Workshop
The monthly workshop provides the latest information on critical issues affecting our agents in the marketplace. Hot topics such as short sales, foreclosures, changing financing regs and first-time home buyer incentives are typical of topics currently addressed in the monthly workshop. If you want to stay current on vital issues, attend the monthly workshop!
New Agent Training Module
This four part training program is held over a four week period and covers in detail the "must know" tools of the trade. New agents will learn how to deal with the multitude of forms, minimize liability, comply with standards and much more! If you are a new agent, this class is a must.
