Silvercreek and Marketpro Realty has developed an exciting new home staging program that will sell your properties faster and for more money! The program is simple and inexpensive. Below is a step by step overview of the process:

1. Your homeowner agrees to have the company's Interior Design and Landscape Consultant, Marlayna Boice tour homeowner's property, home and landscaping.
2. Marlayna tours the property and makes recommendations on how to inexpensively spruce up the home and yard. Home suggestions would include simple strategies such as rearranging furniture and existing accessories, de-cluttering and accent wall painting tips. Yard tips would include trimming overgrowth, weeding, planting flowers in strategic locations and other easy ideas.
3. The homeowner implements the suggestions and schedules a follow-up visit with Marlayna.
4. Marlayna returns for a follow up visit, reviews the progress and makes additional recommendations.

The cost of the program is very reasonable. The retainer fee for the initial assessment and the follow up consultation is $75 plus another $75 if the home closes with Silvercreek Realty. The initial $75 is collected at the conclusion of the first consultation. The other $75 is collected from the closing proceeds.

We strongly encourage you to use this program whenever you have a home listing that would benefit from staging. While many of our agents are perfectly able to provide staging tips and expertise, it is usually not advisable to place yourself in the position of critiquing the homeowner's prized possessions and decorating style. It is almost always better to insulate yourself and use an independent professional.
