The Conference Rooms are availble on a first come first serve basis, with the exception of Tuesday mornings from 9:00 am to 12:00pm for the weekly meeting. Other exceptions include any Silvercreek or Marketpro training dates.

Fee Structure

Silvercreek and Marketpro are transaction based brokerages. The basic fee structure includes a $50 per month desk fee and a flat transaction fee. Follow the link below for details on these fees and other charges that may be applicable.

The Silvercreek and Marketpro Policy and Procedure manual governs all standard operating procedures for the organization. In addition to the link below a copy of the manual is available for inspection from 9-5 M-F at the Boise office.

Agents may order their own custom business cards or order standard Silvercreek and Marketpro business cards using Silvercreek and Marketpro's vendor. Below go to the forms tab for the order forms.

Nampa Office

The Nampa office is open from 9:00 to 4:00. To obtain a key for after hours access please talk to the Boise office administrator for instructions. The office is maintained as a "drop-in" facility for agents to use for administrative purposes. The office features workstations, computers, printers, a scanner and fax machine. It is un-staffed and is not used for contract submission or processing. All paperwork is to be submitted to the Boise office.

For agents wishing to meet clients, the office features a beautiful and modern conference room.

Idaho Falls Office

Idaho Falls office may be accessed anytime. To obtain a key please talk to the Travis Frisby, the Sales Manager, for instructions. The office is maintained as a "drop-in" facility for agents to use for administrative purposes. The office features workstations, computers, printers, a scanner and fax machine. It is un-staffed and is not used for contract submission or processing. All paperwork is to be submitted to the Boise office.
